Welcome to Domaine de Montloubier, a beautiful 19th century stone farmhouse located in the southern Ardèche region. Philippe and Marie-Laurence are your hosts, ready to provide you with an unforgettable holiday or a productive training course. The farmhouse is in excellent condition and exudes charm and comfort. With its perfect location, it is only 15 minutes away from bathing spots in Libie and Ardeche, and just 30 minutes from Vallon Pont dArc and the famous Chauvet cave. It is also conveniently close to Ballazuc, Labeaume, and Voguë.Situated on a sunny valley, the farmhouse offers a breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains. It is surrounded by a 5000 m² enclosed and landscaped park, with private parking available. Access is easy, as it is only 20 km away from the Montélimar TGV station, and there is a bus stop just 300 m away. The farmhouse is located in a quiet village with a population of 3000, and is a mere 4-minute walk from the city center, where you can find all the amenities you need, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and medical facilities.
We offer the option to rent both cottages, with a total capacity of 24 people, making it a perfect choice for family gatherings, friend reunions, or team building events. The beautiful vaulted reception room on the ground floor, spanning 70m ², can be reserved for meals and gatherings. It is equipped with tables, sound system, and a video screen. Adjacent to the reception room is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 1 dishwasher, 6 tables, and all the necessary dishes for up to 40 people.
If you are looking for a weekend getaway to explore the Ardèche region, we have just the right package for you. Our weekend visit and discovery program is scheduled for the following dates: 06/08 April, 25/27 May, 15/17 June, and 16/18 November. The program includes visits to the main attractions of Ardèche, while also providing ample time for relaxation. On Saturday evening, we host a dance party for our guests to enjoy.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to explore the local tourism scene, including visits to troglodyte houses at Balmes de Montbrun and beautiful villages such as Voguë, Labeaume, and Antraigues. Of course, no visit to Ardèche is complete without exploring the famous sites like the Chauvet cave and the Aven dOrgnac cave.
Our cottages, "Panorama" and "Montloubier," can accommodate 15 and 9 people respectively. Each cottage is fully equipped and features a terrace (16 and 20m ²) with garden furniture and a barbecue. If you wish, we can arrange catering services through a local caterer who uses fresh local produce.
In addition to providing excellent accommodation, Philippe, who is a sports coach, offers fitness activities for our guests. We have a fitness area of 32 m² equipped with weight machines and cardio training equipment. We also have facilities for petanque, ping pong, volleyball, and badminton. If you feel like exploring the surroundings, we offer bike rentals with a selection of 8 mountain bikes, 5 regular bikes, and 5 hybrid bikes.

This gite offers accommodation for up to 24 guests, with a spacious area of 320 m². It comprises of two separate Mas, one of which is fully independent. In total, there are 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 8 toilets. Additionally, there are 2 dining rooms, 2 TV lounges, and 2 kitchens. The gite also features a reception room, measuring 64 m², which can comfortably seat up to 40 people. The sleeping area consists of 4 double beds, 1 double bed with dimensions of 2x90x190 cm, 8 single beds, 2 baby beds, and 4 extra beds.Reviews

Directions
To get to our field, first, make your way to SNCF station Montelimar. It is a 2 hours and 50 minutes train ride from Paris, 1 hour and 45 minutes from Lyon, and only 25 minutes from Valence. From the station, take a bus that will take you to No. 74 stop at Villeneuve de Berg center. This bus ride will take approximately 35 minutes. Once you reach the stop, you will only need to take a short walk to reach our field.
