Our guesthouse, located in the picturesque district of Leyne, is conveniently situated only 3 km away from the Montelimar North motorway exit, The Coucourde. Nestled amidst a beautiful green landscape, our house is peacefully tucked away from the main road, providing a tranquil ambiance. Opposite the old castle Leyne, our guesthouse offers three charming bedrooms, each with its own unique atmosphere: lavender (2 persons), pigeon (2-3 persons), and campaign (2-4-5 persons). The cozy lounge and dining room open up to a delightful terrace where the soothing sound of the Leyne runoff can be enjoyed. The location itself beckons guests to unwind and appreciate the stunning views of the first hills of the Ardeche, creating an ideal setting for relaxation.Reviews

Je recommande cette étape qui nous permet de nous ressourcer et de partager un excellent moment. Les propriétaires sont charmants le repas divin. Arrêt incontournable pour nous et ce depuis 3 ou 4 ans déjà. Merci Patricia

Quelle belle rencontre
Après tant de kms, quelle soulagement de se faire cocoler par Patricia, notre hôtesse si chaleureuse et si bonne cuisinière. Le dîner était parfais (prix très démocratique) Nous vous conseillons également le guignolet préparé avec les cerises du jardin.

Une chambre confortable, propre, au calme. Un cadre pittoresque et reposant. Patricia, une hôtesse accueillante, disponible, chaleureuse et de plus, très bonne cuisinière.
Quelle bonne surprise cette chambre dhôtes, située pourtant dans un endroit improbable, proche de la N7, du TGV et non loin d'une centrale. Mais l'inquiétude à l'arrivée est vite oubliée et on apprécie rapidement tous les bons cotés de cet endroit.
N'hésitez pas à profiter de la table. Le diner était parfait. Et le petit déjeuner ... avec les confitures et le pain d'épices maison !
Encore un petit + à ne pas rater : le guignolet préparé avec les cerises du jardin.

un cadre magnifique dans un joli petit village. Un couple charmant vous accueille avec leur bonne humeur et leur gentillesse. 3 chambres spatieuses et décorer avec gout. A recommander également la table qui vous régalera les papilles tout comme le petit déjeuner. A faire et à refaire
excellent gite
Un accueil chaleureux dans un cadre calme verdoyant et fleuri. Grandes chambres confortables. Une partie commune agréable à vivre soit sur la terrasse soit à l'intérieur. Je ne peux que recommander fortement ce gîte.

To reach your destination, you will need to take exit N 17, known as Montélimar-nord, after getting on the highway. From there, follow the signs for Montélimar. As you continue, you will pass through the village of Tourrettes and then the village of Coucourde. Look out for a white and black sign that says "guest houses" next to the bar Nikita.
If you are traveling by train, get off at Montélimar and then take a taxi in the direction of Valence. Once you leave the city, you will be approximately 10 km away from Coucourde.
