Description:

Description for B&B:

I am offering a comfortable 12m2 room in a modern bungalow with direct access to the garden. The bungalow is located in a residential area in Marly Valenciennes, just 5 minutes away from Valenciennes city center. It is surrounded by greenery and offers a beautiful view of the Valley Rhônelle.

The house is conveniently close to Valenciennes Aulnoy, a university town. It is a homestay accommodation with foster care. The private bathroom and toilet are spacious, covering an area of 6m2.

As part of the accommodation, I provide various services including access to a washing machine, satellite television, a family computer in the garden, terrace access, storage space for bicycles, and the option to borrow a bicycle. Parking is available, and there is free ADSL telephony within France. Guests also have access to a community kitchen.

If needed, I can arrange to pick you up from Valenciennes train station and assist with certain tasks. I am also happy to provide tourist and cultural advice. A delicious breakfast is included in the stay, and upon request, a bowl of soup will be offered for dinner. I look forward to welcoming you!

Please note that I also have other rooms available on the upper floor, especially suitable for traveling employees, with advantageous conditions.

J'ai débaptisé notre hôte en l'appelant
" Manimouche " !!!
