This renovated cottage, measuring 67 m², opened in September 2013 and is situated in a peaceful and picturesque green setting on a farm. The farm is home to crops and dairy cows, making it an ideal destination for countryside lovers, nature enthusiasts, and those who enjoy walking and cycling. The cottage is conveniently located just 800 meters from the village, where you can find some small shops such as a cooperative, a coffee shop, and a newsstand. Additionally, there is a 24/7 vegetable dispenser located nearby and a gardener just 150 meters away. Guests have the opportunity to witness the milking of cows and taste fresh milk. For hiking enthusiasts, there are 17 suggested circuits in the surrounding villages and the Quesnoy ramparts. Detailed documentation is provided for your convenience. The cottage offers a free day of arrival and is equipped with a ground floor living room/kitchen area, including a fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two beds measuring 90/200 cm and an adjoining bathroom (with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower measuring 80x80 cm), and the other bedroom with a bed measuring 160/200 cm and a bathroom (with an Italian shower measuring 80x80 cm, washbasin, and toilet on the same level). There is also a 1.3 m² laundry room with a washing machine. The cottage is heated with gas central heating and utilities are included in the rental price. Linen is provided and a cleaning service is available upon request. The cottage is also suitable for families with babies. It offers easy access to highways A2 and A23.
