Our holiday accommodation boasts a well-established 2 acre garden with a dedicated children's play area, featuring an exciting 4m trampoline and a refreshing swimming pool. Additionally, the property offers breathtaking views of the picturesque cognac vines, which guests are welcome to explore by foot, as well as miles of inviting forest, perfect for leisurely walks or cycling adventures with our provided bicycles. Despite our rural location, we are conveniently located just a short 10-minute drive from the vibrant towns of Cognac and Saintes. These cosmopolitan towns offer a plethora of amenities, including daily fresh food markets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and various tourist attractions.

Our accommodation features three generously sized bedrooms, each named after trees found in our splendid garden. The Oak and Pine rooms, both located on the first floor, offer en-suite shower rooms that exude modernity and spaciousness. The Acacia room, situated on the ground floor, boasts a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, combining traditional French furniture with contemporary pieces to create a unique ambiance and atmosphere in each room.

Nestled amidst vineyards and forests, our property provides a peaceful haven for guests to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of their surroundings. The large garden offers an array of sun loungers and chairs, providing ample opportunities to find a secluded spot for dining, relaxation, playtime, or indulging in a good book. Our guests can also take advantage of the 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, available for use from June to September, as well as swings, badminton, and football nets. Additionally, we provide off-street private parking to ensure the convenience and security of our valued guests.
