We offer the rental of our gîte for a minimum duration of 3 nights. To secure your booking, we require a rental contract to be signed and a 30% deposit to be paid upfront. Additionally, there is a mandatory deposit of 300 euros. Rest assured, the beds will be made for your convenience upon arrival, with 8 euros charged per bed. At the end of your stay, we provide a cleaning service for 80 euros per stay. Please note that there is a tourist tax of 0.73 euros per adult per night.

Welcome to our 3-star gîte, Les Palmiers! This charming accommodation, classified with 3 Clévacances keys, is perfect for your holidays, events, or visits to friends and family. With a maximum capacity of 8 people, this spacious gîte offers 110 m2 of comfort across two levels.

Located in the heart of Gémozac, you'll have easy access to all the shops and medical services within walking distance. Les Palmiers is part of our property, Le Clos de Gémozac, which ensures that you benefit from our local services.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and even a raclette grill. We provide basic necessities and household products for your convenience. The living room features an 80cm LED Smart TV for your entertainment.

The bathroom on this level offers a spacious vanity unit, a walk-in shower (90x160 cm), a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. There are also separate toilets with a washbasin.

Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed (140x200), while Bedroom 2 offers two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 3 is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190). The second bathroom upstairs includes a vanity unit, a shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer.

Outside, you'll have access to a fully enclosed private garden with a terrace, tables, and chairs. A barbecue and Tancarville (clothes drying rack) are also provided. Additionally, guests can enjoy a game of table tennis and make use of the barbecue.

Please note that there is a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly request that smoking is prohibited inside the gîte. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to our resident dogs and cats.
