An ideal rest stop between the ferry ports and the beautiful South coast of France and Spain, our location just 10 minutes away from junction 23b on the A20 motorway makes us easily accessible for travelers heading towards the South, Spain, and Portugal. Avoid the hassle of getting lost in a major city like Limoges by staying with us for a comfortable overnight stay. Plus, with Limoges only half an hour's drive away, you can quickly reach the city for any meetings or engagements.Our family-run chambres d'hôtes offers four bedrooms for rent, each with its own private pool. Upon arrival, enjoy complimentary drinks to start your stay off on the right foot. Throughout your visit, feel free to help yourself to hot drinks in our dining room, which are provided at no extra cost. Unlike many hotels in France, breakfast is included in the price.
Our accommodations include two double rooms and two family rooms, capable of sleeping four people each. Additionally, guests have access to a small lounge/dining room and full use of the main lounge and dining room, which features Sky TV and a video player. Parking is available in our spacious garden at the rear of the house, where you'll also find a sun terrace with loungers and a BBQ.
For those who prefer dining outdoors, we have a patio area at the front of the house perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals and drinks while witnessing the stunning sunset. If you'd like, we can provide evening meals and arrange for a BBQ upon request (additional charges may apply). Laundry facilities are also available for your convenience, and if you're feeling adventurous, mountain bikes can be hired.

To reach our location, take the A20 and exit at junction 23b. Continue for 17 kilometers until you reach Magnac Laval. At the traffic lights, make a left turn onto the D7 road. Drive for 1 kilometer and you will find us on the left side.
