Located in the Monsalut area, it is less than 5 minutes away from ponds and Crown forests CESTAS, making it perfect for nature lovers.Attached to the main house, the apartment is nestled in a beautiful wooded area, providing a peaceful environment. It features a modern living space with 2 sofa beds, an 80 cm flat screen TV, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a sink, a 2 plate hob, a multifunctional microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The bedroom, located upstairs, offers a very comfortable double bed (140 * 190), a desk, and a wardrobe. A canvas cot can also be provided if needed.
Guests can enjoy WIFI internet access throughout their stay. Additionally, there is a shared washing machine, dryer, plancha, and barbecue.
