Located in the countryside, close to the owners' residence, this independent house offers a comfortable stay. The house includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Amenities provided include air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, microwave, freezer, TV, and a baby cot upon request. Bed linen and towels are available for rent, and there is an option to rent an apartment for an additional cost.
The property features a shared ground area covering 2100 square meters, as well as a spacious terrace of 43 square meters with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available. Heating is not included and will incur an extra charge.
