Welcome to A Casa di Sognu cottage in San Gavino, 20114 Figari. This independent apartment is located on the lower level of a villa and can be accessed by stairs. The highlight of this accommodation is the 40m² terrace, offering a stunning panoramic view of the plain.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. The kitchen is stocked with crockery for 8 people and all the necessary utensils. Additionally, all linen is provided for your convenience.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a built-in barbecue and comfortable garden furniture. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque as balls and jacks are provided.

Situated in the charming and picturesque hamlet of San Gavinu in the town of Figari, you will experience a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The village is free from visual and sound pollution, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty and gaze at the stars.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are plenty of hiking opportunities and breathtaking panoramic landscapes to explore. The beautiful beaches of Porto-Vecchio, along with supermarkets and shops, are only a 30-minute drive away. Bonifacio is also just a 30-minute drive from the cottage. The beaches of Pianottoli-Caldarello and Testa-Ventilegna, belonging to the town, can be reached in just 15 minutes.

The neighboring villages of Figari and Pianottoli are only 12 minutes away by car. In Figari, you will find the town hall, a pharmacy, post office, Spar market (small supermarket), 2 bars, 3 restaurants, and retailers selling cheese and cold meats. Pianottoli offers 2 medium-sized supermarkets, a Spar, a bakery, a post office, 1 bar, 3 restaurants, and 4 restaurants along the beach road, one of which has a swimming pool.

The apartment itself features a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Shampoo and soaps are provided for your convenience. The living room, measuring 15m², is equipped with a dining table, a sofa, and a HiFi system that can be controlled via Bluetooth, allowing you to listen to your favorite music.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom, measuring 9m², is equipped with three 90cm beds, including 2 bunk beds, a wardrobe, and additional storage space. The second bedroom, also measuring 9m², features a 140cm bed, a spacious closet, and a satellite TNT TV. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have doors that open to the terrace, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings.

A parking space is reserved for guests, and the cleaning of the apartment is included in the rental. The owner lives on the premises, ensuring that you receive attentive care while respecting your privacy.
