On the first floor, you will find three unique guest rooms, each offering a distinct atmosphere. Each room boasts a stylish and personalized decor, featuring a spacious Queen Size bed (160×200), luxurious bedding, a modern bathroom, and private toilets. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with a convenient reversible air conditioning system and a flat screen TV with TNT.

The Bamboo bedroom, located upstairs in the owner's house, spans approximately 35 m2. It includes a comfortable Queen Size bed (160×200) and an integrated shower room with toilet. From this room, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the picturesque countryside, as well as the lush wooded park and its inviting swimming pool.

The Terracotta bedroom, also situated upstairs in the owner's house, covers an area of approximately 25 m2. It features a spacious Queen Size bed (160×200) and a private, independent bathroom measuring around 12 m2. This room offers a stunning view of the serene wooded park and its refreshing swimming pool.

The Océane Suite, located on the first floor of the owner's house, is a spacious retreat spanning approximately 37 m2. This suite offers a picturesque garden view and comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 guests. It includes a large Queen Size bed (160×200) and two twin beds measuring 80x200. Upon request, the two twin beds can be transformed into a single large Queen Size bed (160×200). Please specify this option when making your reservation.

Located on the ground floor is a cozy living/dining room furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large flat screen television. The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and more. A modern bathroom with water facilities and a separate toilet are available, along with a convenient washing machine.

Moving upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140x200 bed, as well as another bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be combined to form a 160x200 bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system to ensure your comfort.

Outside, the cottage offers a private terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. An electric plancha is also provided for your convenience. Additionally, the cottage includes private parking facilities.
