This house is situated in a beautiful area surrounded by a large herb garden and towering oak, plane, and mulberry trees, providing ample shade. The ground floor features two spacious rooms with an open kitchen, fireplace, and a large living room equipped with two large TV screens. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed. Adjacent to a two-bedroom suite, there is a shower room and a separate bathroom. Outside, there is a fenced-in 8 x 4 x 1.3 pool with a diamond tip, along with a gate for access control. The nearest shops can be found 3.5 km away, while the shopping area in Montelimar city center is approximately 11 km away. There are various recreational activities in the vicinity, including tennis, golf courses, pony clubs, rivers, canoeing, caves, the gorges of Ardeche, a crocodile farm, pottery studios, picturesque hilltop villages, olive groves, lavender fields, and vineyards of the renowned Cotes du Rhone.Reviews

garderons un très bon souvenir de cette maison d'hôte et de sa propriétaire.Cette maison est pleine de charme , de calme, de dépaysement, mais aussi d'originalité pour qui voudra bien écouter les histoires de renard, de grenouilles, de sangliers, de vers à soie...de Mme Gonnet . Nous y étions avec deux jeunes et un ado et franchement, pour une fois nous avions une très grande chambre; l'anné prochaine, c'est sûr nous y retournerons!!
