The Peony is a comfortable and spacious gite located on the first floor, with a total area of 130 m2. It has a capacity of 7/8 persons and is certified with the quality-label clévacance.The gite features a lovely covered terrace (12m2) with a garden living area, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. Inside, there is a spacious dining room (25m2) with seating for seven persons, as well as a living room area with a sofa bed and two armchairs. Guests can enjoy entertainment on the provided color television and stay cool with the air-conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen (15m2) includes modern appliances such as an oven with pyrolysis function, a gas stove with four burners, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher with a capacity of 9 place settings, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The gite comprises three bedrooms, two of which are 12 m2 in size and the third is 25 m2. The bedrooms accommodate a total of four double beds. Additionally, there is a smaller bedroom (10 m2) with a single bed.
Other amenities include a separate toilet, a bathroom with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing table. The gite is equipped with central heating powered by gas.
Sheets are available for rent at a cost of 15 Euros per pair, although this is optional.
