Welcome to our comfortable and fully equipped studio, surrounded by a spacious enclosed garden. Enjoy the outdoor space with a beautiful garden, sundeck, and barbecue area. Rest easy knowing that your car is securely parked indoors.

The studio consists of the following amenities:
- 1 bathroom with a complete shower, toilet, and washing area
- 1 bedroom with a comfortable 140-sized bed, bedside table with a lamp, shelves, and a wardrobe
- 1 spacious living room with a 140-sized sofa bed, table and chairs, microwave, coffee maker, a fully equipped kitchenette, dishes, utensils, TV, and decorative items
- A washing machine is also provided, along with bed linen, bath and dish towels, and hand towels

We are open all year round and offer flexible rental options, whether you're staying for a night, a week, or longer. We also offer special packages for bikers and pilgrims of the St. Jacques Compostela route. Please note that pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking rental. Additionally, there is a 97 tax.

Directions

Take Highway A9 and exit at GALLARGUES-Le-Montueux. Follow the signs towards Grau-du-roi. At the third roundabout, take the first right. Then, take the first left towards the tennis courts. Look for a blue portal with a push button labeled "The Abrivado".
