The villa Caramac is a stunning 110m2 stone house that has been completely renovated. It is situated just 2km away from the historic center of Bordeaux. Each of the three rooms in the house comes with its own bathroom and WC. The spacious living room and beautiful kitchen open up to a lovely wooden deck. Additionally, there is a charming garden at the front of the house, shaded by a large cherry tree.This villa offers high-end amenities, including full air conditioning, an American fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washer, dryer, and two LED TVs. The furniture is stylish and modern, and the beds are queen-sized (160cm). Guests also have access to wireless internet, and there is a lovely flower garden on the property.
