Welcome to Carpediem3 # -en-Champagne villa, where Jade and John are excited to host you. We offer the option to rent the entire floor or the entire villa.Located in the urban area of Troyes, this charming Champagne villa with a wooden frame can accommodate a maximum of 10 travelers. It is conveniently close to all amenities of Saint Parres-aux-Tertres, such as shops, restaurants, and bus stops.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, one bathroom, and one WC. The Chantal Thomass room features a comfortable Simmons bed measuring 160 × 200. The Cabin room offers a Pirelli bed measuring 140 × 190, as well as an additional Dunlopilo bed measuring 90 × 190. The Duo room has two Dunlopilo beds measuring 90 × 190 which can be joined together. This room also has a private bathroom and private toilet. All the rooms are equipped with ample storage space. We can provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.
The ground floor features a cathedral entrance, one WC, and one walk-in shower. There is also a small room on the ground floor, which is available for use starting from the 8th traveler. This room includes a comfortable Simmons kine bed measuring 160 × 200.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-tech appliances, including a NOVY hob and hob, a central island, and a granite worktop. You will find a range of appliances such as a NESPRESSO coffee maker, DOLCE gusto, crepe maker, waffle maker, blender, raclette machine, panini press, induction hob, 2 kg fryer (available upon request), kettle, teapot, and toaster. The kitchen opens up to a living room with a fireplace and a panoramic veranda.
Outside, the villa offers two garden tables, 15 chairs, and a professional WEBER barbecue. The enclosed plot of 1349 m2 provides a spacious area for relaxation and enjoyment.
You will have exclusive access to the covered pool, which is a high-end installation measuring 9 meters x 4 meters and equipped with safety features. Additionally, there is a 100 m2 inflated pool enclosure called SKYDOME JESSICA, providing a unique and comfortable space to relax, even overnight on the water. The swimming pool will be privatized for you, and we will provide instructions for its operation and safety. Air conditioning, massage mattress, and a jacuzzi will be available as optional amenities starting from September 5th, with a small additional fee.

It is conveniently close to the lakes, beaches, factory outlets, and the popular NIGLOLAND amusement park. One unique feature is the SKYDOME swimming pool, where guests can relax under the stars.
