Description:

Description for B&B:

LÉphémère is a charming small house situated in a peaceful area of Limoges, to the east of the city center. It is conveniently located near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park, and the municipal rose garden. The city center is just a 10-minute walk away, and the main roads are easily accessible.

Adjacent to the Bernardaud porcelain factory, LÉphémère is a separate house from the owner's residence, offering a tranquil setting with a garden where guests can enjoy breakfast in good weather. Parking is available on the quiet street, and public transportation, such as Line 8, conveniently passes by.

The guest house, measuring 35 square meters, is entirely dedicated to the tenants during their stay. It comprises a living room, a kitchenette, a shower room, and a bedroom with a comfortable 140 x 190 bed. The interior is elegantly decorated, and guests have access to various amenities, including an oven, dishes, TV, hairdryer, and free wifi.

Throughout the year, I, as a guide-lecturer, will have the pleasure of welcoming guests to LÉphémère. I am delighted to introduce them to the city of Limoges and its surrounding region. Depending on their preferences and needs, I can provide advice on activities and attractions.

The Limousin region is known for its rich cultural and tourist offerings. Guests can explore the natural parks through hiking, discover local craftsmanship such as enamel, porcelain, and tapestry, and visit historical heritage sites. All the necessary information will be available to ensure a pleasant stay.

In addition to holidaymakers, the LÉphémère guesthouse is also ideal for hosting visiting professionals, including trainees, sales representatives, and sales managers. It provides a peaceful environment for work, with the convenience of a fully equipped kitchenette and free wifi. Offering a more personal touch than a hotel room, LÉphémère ensures a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for guests to unwind.

Guests are kindly requested to check-in between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., while check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
