Welcome to the beautiful one-hectare area of Le Spartiate cottage, located in Bruille Saint Amand. As you arrive, a car park awaits you.Upon entering the cottage, you will be greeted by a charming living room, featuring a magnificent kitchen equipped with a grand piano and a wood stove, which also serves as a heating source during the winter. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with two large wooden tables and benches, perfect for meals during seminars or private events. Additionally, a cozy lounge area is available for relaxation and to admire the surrounding landscape.
Connected to this space is a meeting room, ideal for accommodating 16 people. It can also be utilized for larger private events, with a requirement of a minimum rental of 20 people and a maximum capacity of 45 individuals for weddings.
On the other side of the cottage, you will find four rooms, each accommodating four people with single beds featuring excellent quality mattresses. Each room is also equipped with its own bathroom. The cottage also provides four toilets for convenience.
For those seeking some sunshine, a spacious terrace is available with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.
The rental includes crockery for 20 people. If your event requires the use of the meeting room, there is an additional fee of 190 (mandatory for over 20 people but less than 45).
Final cleaning services are available starting from 75.
Conveniently, the village offers various shops, including a bakery, butcher, newsstand, tobacco shop, and pharmacy.

Start at 1 rue des chorettes, 59199 Bruille Saint Amand.
Use GPS coordinates 3.52605400 longitude and 50.44637500 latitude.
Head towards Valenciennes.
Take Exit n ° 4 Saint -Amand Thermal. If the exit is blocked, take Exit No. 6, go under the highway, and take the exit towards Saint Amand waters.
After exiting at 4, turn left. At the fork, take the right turn, passing a railway and then stopping.
Take a right turn.
At the roundabout, take the third road towards Condé sur Escaut.
Continue on the road "roundabouts".
Pass by Leclerc and The Pasino.
Continue through several roundabouts.
At the large roundabout, take the first exit towards Condé Sur Escaut, Bruille Saint Amand on the right.
If you reach the roundabout with the water bottle of Saint-Amand, you have gone too far. Turn around and take a left.
Continue towards Condé sur Escaut.
Approximately 4 km before arriving at Bruille Saint Amand.
From the sign Saint Amand Bruille, take the second right. There is a sign for The Spartiate (road in the bend in front of the town hall).
Then you will reach Odomez.
At this point, take the second right at a small square. If you go back into the forest, you have gone too far.
Continue almost to the end, and the Spartiate cottage will be visible below on your right.
