Located just a short drive from the A20, our property is the perfect overnight stop for vehicles, cyclists, motorcyclists, and hikers passing through the area. It is also a popular choice for those interested in purchasing a property in the surrounding areas.Our private house offers a ground floor room with a separate exterior entrance, ensuring privacy and convenience. You can safely park your vehicle inside our locked gate. The room features a luxurious Californian King Size bed, a small walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite bathroom equipped with a heater.
To start your day off right, we will serve breakfast directly to your room. Please note that we do not have communal lounge facilities.
Within walking distance, you will find Auberge St Roch, a charming establishment that serves lunch and is open on Friday and Saturday nights. It also serves as a convenient Depot de Pain.
Additionally, our property is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from the train station, providing easy access to Brive and Limoges in approximately 30 minutes.
