Our location offers absolute tranquility, nestled between the sea and the mountains, just 20 kilometers away from the vibrant city of Nice. We are also conveniently close to the Mercantour National Park, as well as being situated between the popular destinations of Cannes and Menton. Each room is equipped with its own private bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy the shared living room with a cozy fireplace, HIFI system, television, and DVD player. Our terrace with a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Parking is available on the premises. This lovely stone cottage is located at an altitude of 600 meters on a spacious 3500m2 olive tree-filled property. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, it offers a serene and uninterrupted view. Situated between the sea and the mountains, it is conveniently located 20 kilometers from Nice, and close to both Cannes and Monaco, as well as the Mercantour National Park. The cottage features a large terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, as well as parking. Inside, you will find a beautiful fully equipped American kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator freezer, microwave, and oven. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a cozy wood stove, as well as a sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a spacious mezzanine with a comfortable double bed. This cottage is perfect for nature lovers, avid hikers, or those who appreciate medieval villages. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, and rates range from 350 to 490 euros per week. Maison indépendante à celle du propriétaire, chambre vraiment impeccable, très calme. Une vue sur un pic enneigé et sur les montagnes voisines est superbe. A recommandée fortement. Petit hic pour ceux qui font la vaisselle c'est à l'exterieur... Attention à vos doigts l'hiver. Recommandation fortement conseillé,

CONTACT INFORMATION - Take Exit A8 and head towards No. 55 NICE. At the second traffic light, make a left turn and continue on the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL. Stay on the highway until the end, which is approximately 9 kilometers. Once you reach the last roundabout, turn right and follow the sign towards The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS on Highway 2204. Drive for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE". At "COL NICE", make a left turn onto R&D Management 215 and continue for 3 kilometers towards Berre Les Alpes. Look for the sign for "path Meingarde" and turn right onto "Way of Meingarde" (dead end). Follow the sign and drive until you reach the end of the road. Then, turn left onto the square and continue until you see the first house on the right with a black wrought iron gate.
