Our spacious accommodations are perfect for 2 or 3 people, equipped with heating to ensure a cozy stay. In case you require additional rooms, we are happy to provide you with suitable alternatives.
Situated in the charming town of Weld, on the right bank of the Var River and nestled in the heights of St Laurent du Var, we are just a short distance from Nice. Our location offers easy access to the beautiful beaches, being only 5 kilometers away from the sea. Additionally, we are conveniently located 7 kilometers from the airport and surrounded by stunning mountain views.

Our 23 square meter room comes with a separate entrance and opens up to a spacious 70 square meter terrace, boasting a mesmerizing sea view. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and 2 sun loungers for your relaxation. Inside the room, you'll find 2 beds (90 cm each, one of which is electrically adjustable to 180 cm) and an additional single bed if needed. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, table and chairs, 2 bedside tables, an 82 cm LCD TV with Freeview channels, a DVD player with a selection of movies, and a hi-fi system. The private bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. In case of additional needs, there is another bathroom available in the hallway.
Please note that air conditioning is available at an additional cost of 5.00 per day. We also provide a parking space within our property for your convenience.
If you are traveling with a baby, we are happy to provide baby equipment upon request, including a crib, park, maxi cosi car seats, and a baby bath.
During your stay, you'll have access to various recreational activities nearby, including a leisure pool, restaurants, tennis courts, squash facilities, a cinema, and a shopping center. Within our property, you can enjoy ping pong and indulge in reading.
