We have completely renovated this family home in 2017 to create a charming cottage that can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. With 12 individual beds, everyone will have their own space to relax and unwind. For those familiar with us, we have designed this cottage to reflect the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our renowned guest house, La Ferraz.Description for Gite
We completely renovated this family house in 2017, and it now offers 4 bedrooms upstairs with 10 single beds (90x200) and a bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, there is another bathroom with a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen, connected to the dining area, has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your meals.The living room features a library, TV, table football, piano, and a cozy seating area with a daybed that can be converted into an extra double bed. Additionally, there is a studio with a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet.
This group cottage provides a total of 12 individual beds and can accommodate up to 15 people.
Outside, you'll have access to parking spaces, terraces, a garden, and a petanque court, all without any nearby neighbors. The cottage is accessed by a gravel road.
