Description for B&B:
This is a description of our residence, which was previously owned by the knight of Arliguie, commander of the citadel of Blaye. It is truly a grand house, featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and a living room with additional sleeping arrangements. Adjacent to the main house is a charming cottage that can accommodate up to 3 people. Additionally, there is a large cellar spanning over 100 m², all situated on a vast plot of land spanning over 2 hectares. The property is surrounded by beautiful woods and vineyards of the renowned Côtes de Blaye region.Originally owned by a General Farmer of the King, this house has been recently restored, recapturing its 18th-century charm from the time it was refurbished. The vestibule itself dates back to the 16th century, adding a touch of history to the property. Nestled within nature, the house offers a peaceful retreat away from the noise of the city, allowing you to truly unwind. However, if you require any amenities, the village of Saint Ciers, located just 1 km away, provides all the necessary shops.
During the summer months, you can take full advantage of the expansive 12 x 6 m swimming pool, as well as the jacuzzi and sauna, all set in a picturesque environment.
