Originally constructed in 1906, this remarkable estate sits on a sprawling 5000 m2 plot on the cliffside, affording it one of the most exquisite views of Mortagne. Handed down through generations, this cherished property has served as a holiday home, offering solace and tranquility. However, on that fateful day of September 21, 2018, a devastating fire reduced it to ruins. Since that tragic event, our sole mission has been to resurrect this exceptional residence, restoring it to its former grandeur and breathing new life into its very being.Today, we proudly present Les Palissières, inviting you to experience its resurrection firsthand. Nature enthusiasts and seekers of serenity alike, we extend a warm welcome to you.
Our accommodations include three bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and toilets, as well as two bedrooms with private bathrooms and shared toilets. Within the estate, you will discover a spacious 80 m2 living room, a stunning 125m2 terrace that offers a breathtaking panorama of the estuary, and, of course, an infinity pool that is heated for your comfort. Bed and bathroom linens are thoughtfully provided, and a delicious breakfast is included to start your day off right.
Prices for our rooms range from 120 to 160 euros, dependent on the room and the season. During the months of July and August, the house is available for weekly rentals. With a capacity to accommodate up to 12 people across six bedrooms, we are delighted to cater to your needs.
