After two decades of hard work in our renowned bakery, we have decided to bid farewell to the stressful city life and embrace a new chapter as hosts of a charming bed and breakfast and apartments. Our recently renovated watermill is the epitome of relaxation, situated on the outskirts of the enchanting village of Allan, just a stone's throw away from the Riaille river.

Step into a world of tranquility, where you will be surrounded by the finest treats, fragrant lavender fields, and exquisite wines. Our luxurious rooms, or chambres, are each delicately decorated in the traditional provincial style, boasting a private terrace and balcony overlooking the sparkling swimming pool. Every comfort imaginable is provided, including modern bathing facilities and a cozy nook for your ultimate relaxation. Sheets and bath towels are thoughtfully included, and one of our rooms is specially adapted for wheelchair users, ensuring accessibility throughout the property.

Begin your day with a sumptuous breakfast, served either on the terrace or in the elegant dining room. During the peak season of July and August, we recommend a minimum stay of three nights to fully embrace the wonders of the Provence.

For those seeking a more independent stay, our apartments, or gîtes, offer a cozy retreat with a touch of provincial charm. Each apartment is equipped with a bath or shower, a fully furnished kitchen, a welcoming living room with a fireplace, spacious bedrooms, a barbecue area, a private terrace with garden furniture, and two parking spaces. Sheets and bath towels are also provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay. While breakfast is not included, you have the option to prepare your own meals or reserve a table in our delightful dining room. Please note that our apartments are available for weekly rentals, with check-ins and check-outs occurring on Saturdays.

To enhance your experience, our domain also boasts an incredible spa-wellness facility called Spa-Zenergy. Our gîtes are charming apartments that offer all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, beautifully decorated with a touch of the Provence. Each apartment features a bathroom with a bath or shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, spacious bedrooms, a barbecue area, a private terrace with garden furniture, and two designated parking spaces. Additionally, we provide sheets and bath towels for your convenience.

You have the flexibility to prepare your own meals in the apartment's kitchen or reserve a table in our dining room. Please note that breakfast is not included in the price.

Our apartments are available for weekly rentals, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. We offer a selection of five unique gîtes to accommodate different group sizes:
- "Le Pain Quotidien" for 2 to 4 persons
- "Le Quatre Quart" for 4 to 6 persons
- "Le Pain d'Épice" for 4 to 6 persons
- "Le Fougasse" for 6 to 8 persons
- "Le Mille Feuille" for 6 to 8 persons
