Les Mimosas est un gîte de 3 épis situé dans une magnifique maison indépendante de 120 m2, nichée au cœur d'une oliveraie centenaire. Entouré de montagnes et offrant une tranquillité absolue, le gîte se trouve à une altitude de 600 mètres. Idéalement situé entre la mer et la montagne, à seulement 20 kilomètres de Nice et à proximité du Parc du Mercantour, il se trouve également entre Cannes et Menton.Le gîte dispose de 3 grandes chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains et toilettes privées. Vous pourrez également profiter d'un salon commun avec cheminée, équipé d'une chaîne hi-fi, d'une télévision, d'un lecteur DVD et d'une connexion Internet. Une grande cuisine indépendante entièrement équipée est à votre disposition, ainsi qu'une terrasse avec barbecue et mobilier de jardin. Un parking est également disponible.
Le gîte peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes, avec 4 lits doubles, un lit de 80x180 et un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes dans le salon. C'est l'endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, les passionnés de randonnées et les amateurs de vieux villages médiévaux fortifiés.
Sur place, vous trouverez de nombreux villages médiévaux fortifiés à visiter, ainsi que des possibilités de randonnées et des rivières à proximité. Les chiens sont également acceptés.

Super gîte au calme au fond dune impasse, spacieux propre et accueil très agréable Nice Mercantour Parfait nous y reviendrons

- Take Exit A8 - N ° 55 NICE EST on the highway.
- At the second traffic light, turn left and take the expressway towards CONTES / SOSPEL for approximately 9 kilometers.
- At the end of the expressway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards L'ESCARENE / BERRE LES ALPES.
- Follow Route Nationale 2204 for 6.5 kilometers towards L'ESCARENE until you reach "COL DE NICE."
- At "COL DE NICE," take a left onto RD 215 towards BERRE LES ALPES and continue for 3 kilometers until you reach "chemin de Meingarde."
- On the right side of "chemin de Meingarde" (dead-end road), follow the sign and go all the way to the end of the road. Take a left at the small square and the first house on the right will have a black wrought iron gate.
