Located in Quillan, just a short drive south of Carcassonne, Apartment Bella Vista offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the Aude region. This charming residence is a mere 5-minute walk from the town center and boasts a separate entrance and a spacious south-facing panorama terrace that spans the entire width of the apartment. With a brick BBQ available, guests can enjoy outdoor dining while taking in the breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Additionally, right across the street from the house, a small railway operates three times a day, providing a unique and nostalgic experience as a one-carriage train travels to and from Carcassonne.The gîte itself is an 80m2 apartment located on the second floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, microwave, 5-burner gas cooker, gas oven, coffee maker, and kettle, ensuring guests have everything they need to prepare meals. The living room features a dining table, a cozy sitting area, a TV, a CD player, as well as a selection of books and reviews for leisurely reading. The two bedrooms each offer two single beds and come with linen and towels provided. The spacious bathroom boasts two sinks, a bath, and a walk-in shower, while the toilet is separate for convenience. A washing machine is also available for guests to use. Furthermore, Apartment Bella Vista provides a large garage and parking space in front of the house for added convenience.
