Description for Gite
Located in the southern region of the Loire Valley, just a two-hour drive from Paris, this charming 18th century cottage has recently undergone a restoration and transformation into three comfortable and inviting holiday homes, capable of accommodating groups ranging from 6 to 30 individuals. For groups of up to 10 people, the contemporary and bright spaces of Pamoja Liptrap offer a comfortable and modern setting. Pamoja Touraine, on the other hand, provides a more traditional and charming atmosphere, perfect for 2 to 6 guests. Lastly, our newest addition, Pamoja Cooma, is ideal for larger groups of 8 to 14 individuals.
Our location is truly ideal, offering a serene and waterfront setting, situated in front of the picturesque lake of Chemillé sur Indrois and facing the medieval church of Saint Vincent. Additionally, we are conveniently located near the renowned chateaux of the Loire Valley and numerous vineyards. Furthermore, our property is only a two-hour drive from Paris, one and a half hours from the Futuroscope of Poitiers, three hours from Disneyland Paris, the seaside, or ski slopes.
Each holiday home offers generous spaces for your enjoyment. With three independent units available (accommodating 2-6 persons, 2-10 persons, and 8-14 persons), our property is perfect for vacations with friends or family. Our house plans have been carefully designed by architects and a designer, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, Pamoja Liptrap is wheelchair accessible, offering inclusivity for all guests.
Our location also provides easy access to various recreational activities. A lovely 300-meter walk along the lake will take you to a beach, playground, boat rental, restaurant, mini-golf course, and fishing spots. Furthermore, we offer a convenient "get together" room, ideal for meals or seminars.
Our holiday homes are not only beautiful, but also well-equipped with modern amenities. You will find all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay, along with baby gear, games, toys, books, and even a baby-grand piano. We also provide Wi-Fi internet connection, outdoor furniture, a barbecue, tennis rackets, fishing rods, a pétanque game, and the option to rent a canoe or bicycles. Additionally, we offer various services such as meals, cooking lessons, wine tasting, babysitting, and guided tours, ensuring a memorable and hassle-free experience.
At Pamoja, we have created our dream house. We have combined an idyllic setting, spacious accommodations, a large garden, practical amenities, comfortable furniture, and pleasant lighting. Moreover, we have embraced a civic approach, offering wheelchair accessibility, rainwater collection, the use of local raw materials, and the incorporation of Class A or A+ electrical appliances and lights.
Our team of architects, designers, and craftsmen have pooled their expertise to breathe new life into this beautiful property, where peace, comfort, design, and respect for others and nature coexist. This has given birth to "Pamoja," a word derived from Africa, representing togetherness. Pamoja is not only our dream, but also your holiday home.
