Please note that this house is a nonsmoking accommodation and does not allow pets due to allergy concerns. Boasting an idyllic location, it is the perfect retreat for gathering with loved ones or friends. Surrounded by the wonders of nature and in close proximity to the enchanting forest, it offers an ideal getaway.

Experience the authentic charm of this beautifully renovated 18th-century stone house, located in a south-facing position with stunning views. Offering 140 m² of living space, this spacious property includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge area with a fireplace and heat recovery system. With a total of 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, the house can comfortably accommodate 10-13 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups. The bedrooms consist of 2 beds measuring 160 cm, 6 beds measuring 90 cm, and a baby cot. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a hydromassage feature, as well as 2 toilets.

Outside, the property features an enclosed land of 800 m², along with a 50 m² terrace, half of which is dedicated to a pool. Additionally, there is a garage for your convenience. The house boasts a range of charming features, such as exposed stone walls, a traditional bread oven, beautiful wooden French ceilings, wooden floors, and exposed timbers, providing an atmosphere of warmth and authenticity. The decor and furnishings are tasteful and refined, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This non-smoking cottage is a perfect place to relax and enjoy both the outdoor activities of summer and winter. It is also approved for Tourism & Handicap, making it suitable for guests with motor, auditory, and mental disabilities. However, pets are not allowed on the premises.

To get to Dimini, Chalmazel in the Loire department of the Rhone-Alpes region in France, follow these travel directions:

From Clermont-Ferrand:
- Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls.
- Continue on the county road until Noirétable D1089.
- Follow the signs for St-Jean-la-Vetri and Jeansagnière, then take D101 towards Chalmazel.
- About 2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel, turn right and take the paved road on the left (Dimini).
- Proceed to the center of the village and follow the cemented path on the left to your destination.

From Lyon:
- Take the A7 towards St-Etienne, then continue on the A72 and exit at Feurs.
- Follow departmental road D1089 (towards Feurs) until you reach Boen-sur-Lignon.
- About 2 km after Boen-sur-Lignon, turn left onto departmental road D6 towards Chalmazel.
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, drive for approximately 6 miles (2 km before reaching Chalmazel) and take the paved road on the right (Dimini).
- Proceed to the center of the village and take the cemented road on the right to your destination.

Through Roanne:
- Take the D8 towards St-Germain-Laval until you reach Boen-sur-Lignon.
- About 2 km after Boen-sur-Lignon, turn left onto departmental road D6 towards Chalmazel.
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, drive for approximately 6 miles (2 km before reaching Chalmazel) and take the paved road on the right (Dimini).
- Proceed to the center of the hamlet and follow the cemented path to your destination.
