This idyllic retreat offers a haven for all, whether seeking relaxation or engaging in the plethora of available activities.Surrounded by a well-maintained garden and a sprawling field utilized for haymaking, the farmhouse seamlessly merges with a nearby woodland. A gentle descent along a path leads to the quaint village of Vertolaye.
Regardless of the season, La Faye provides an array of captivating walks through the enchanting surrounding forests. The lounge, exuding warmth and comfort, offers a spacious retreat for guests to unwind.
On days blessed with fine weather, meals are enjoyed alfresco in the garden or within the sheltered courtyard. Table d'Hôte, a communal dining experience, presents itself three times a week. Each inviting room is equipped with a washbowl, shower, and toilet, ensuring utmost convenience.
A selection of games, books, and literature showcasing local events and attractions is readily available. High-speed internet access is provided via ADSL WIFI. Additionally, a rejuvenating Jacuzzi is nestled within the garden, offering further relaxation.

To reach Vertolaye:
1. Start from Thiers and head towards Ambert.
2. After passing Olliergues, you will see a sign for Vertolaye.
3. Continue a little further and on your left, you will come across a junction with a sign indicating Vertolaye Centre.
4. Do not take the road towards the center.
5. About 50 meters ahead, between two houses, there is a small road on your left with a sign for La Faye.
6. Take this road, which will be steep.
7. You will reach a T-shaped crossroad, where you should turn right and then immediately turn left, following the sign for La Faye.
8. This part of the road will be even steeper.
9. Near the top, you will notice a small farm on your right, marked with a cross. The house on the left, with a small front yard, is your destination.
10. You can recognize the house by the glass logo.
