On the left side of the farmhouse, you will find two inviting terraces, one of which is adorned with a charming pergola. Additionally, the farmhouse boasts a spacious dining room with a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the library or playing board games. Adjacent to the dining room is a small TV lounge, providing a space to relax and unwind. For ultimate relaxation, guests can take full advantage of the pool with massage jets, while admiring the breathtaking views of the Tanargue mountain range. Furthermore, guests have the option to indulge in in-room massages performed by a certified practitioner or explore the surrounding area through picturesque walks starting from the farmhouse. In the evenings, Thierry, the host, prepares delicious and flavorful meals with a touch of Provencal or local flair, ensuring a satisfying dining experience for the whole family.

The MAS Bourlenc, located just 10 minutes from AUBENAS, is the perfect getaway for families and friends seeking relaxation. Surrounded by nature, guests can enjoy the peaceful ambiance, listening to the soothing sounds of birds and cicadas during the summer. The property offers stunning views from various locations, ensuring privacy and tranquility.

This beautiful stone farmhouse, spanning 230 m2, has been meticulously restored and expanded by Thierry. Only the finest materials were used, including stone, wood, and lime, creating a charming and authentic atmosphere. The farmhouse is divided into two wings, one for daytime activities and the other for restful nights. Each wing has independent access but also connects, allowing guests to enjoy their personal space without disturbing others.

The left wing, dedicated to daytime activities, features a small staircase leading to a large shaded terrace with an arbor, perfect for dining. Beyond the terrace, there is a second open terrace that offers a breathtaking 180° view of the surrounding nature. The semi-professional kitchen, with its Provencal ceilings, is fully equipped to cater to all culinary needs. It includes ample storage, two sinks, granite countertops, a Lacanche gas stove with five burners and two ovens, a microwave, two refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and various semi-professional cooking equipment. The kitchen also opens up to a cozy TV lounge with direct access to the terrace, as well as a toilet. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining room with a piano for musical evenings, a fireplace, a library corner, comfortable sofas, and a large ash table.

The right wing of the farmhouse is exclusively dedicated to five independent bedrooms, each with its own terrace equipped with tables and chairs, perfect for peaceful reading and enjoying the view. The bedrooms are well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, and en-suite facilities. Screens on the windows (except for the second bedroom), individual kettles, and hairdryers are provided for added convenience. The rooms are adorned with stone walls and wooden shutters for a rustic touch.

To cool off, guests can take advantage of the saltwater swimming pool, measuring 9.5 x 4.5 meters and featuring two jacuzzi jets on the stairs. From the pool's beach area, guests can relax on sunbeds and admire the olive trees on the property, as well as the picturesque view of the Cevennes. A sheltered area with a fridge, table, and chairs is also available. Other amenities include a ping pong table, board games, and a selection of books. Visitors may have the opportunity to witness honey extraction in the honey house located below the terrace, depending on the season.

Open parking is available at the bottom of the property. The farmhouse serves as an excellent starting point for numerous hiking and biking trails, with documentation available on-site. Upon request, a certified masseuse can visit the farmhouse to provide a relaxing massage. Additionally, the farmhouse is conveniently located within 12 minutes of Aubenas, 15 minutes of VALS LES BAINS, and 10 minutes of the charming villages of Jean Ferrat and ANTRAIGUES ON VOLANE. For those seeking outdoor adventures, the Gorges of the Ardeche, ideal for canoeing, are just 20 minutes away, while the famous CAVE DU PONT D ARC (Chauvet Cave) is a 50-minute drive. Pour une première en chambres dhôtes, nous ne sommes pas déçu.
L'accueil est très chaleureux. Un lieu propice au calme et à la détente.
Dominique et Thierry sont des personnes simple au grand cur.
Le local et le bio sont présent au petit déjeuner avec un panaché de confitures faites maison, du miel et de crème de marron, ainsi qu'aux repas du soir qui sont copieux, raffinés et excellents.
La chambre est spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie.
Quatre jours de pur bonheur! qu'une seul envie, c'est d'y retourner. Gros bisous à vous ainsi qu'à Anakin et Cali.

UN ENDROIT SYMPHATIQUE

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuitée dans cette maison très chaleureuse! mais VRAIMENT tres SYMPHATIQUE! Le maitre des lieux propose une cuisine simple mais vraiment très savoureux, avec des produits de son jardin et du marché local! MERCI

nous avons passe un beau wek end!...un bien bel endroit , au calme (hormis les oiseaux), une belle vue , notamment des chambres et de la grande terrasse ou nous avons pu prendre l apéritif. Notre chambre , etait sobre mais pleine de charme (alisier) et nous avons vraiment apprécie les petites attentions , tels que le nougat posé sur les douces serviettes en bambou, la bouilloire et le thé.. mais il faut vraiment y aller pour la gentillesse, la convivialité.et les discussions ...sous la tonnelle le soir....un super souvenir à la lueur des bougies..

Une fois installés dans une des chambres au charme authentique que leur a donné l'artisan passionné qu'est Thierry, on profite sur la terrasse de ces paysages apaisants de la montagne Ardéchoise. Dîner et petit déjeuner sont des moments de plaisir partagé avec nos hôtes, Dominique et Thierry, et les autres clients. Les repas sont savoureux, copieux et avec des touches locales.De beaux circuits de Vélo et de randonnée sont faisables au départ du mas et Aubenas est à 10mn.
Vivement un autre week end prolongé pour renouveler l'expérience!

From AUBENAS, take the N102 and pass McDonald's on your right. Continue towards Le Puy and go through the tunnel.

At the first roundabout, take the exit towards Pont d'Aubenas and Saint Privat. Cross St Privat and go over the bridge.

At the next roundabout, turn left towards Vals les Bains and Saint Julien of Greenhouse on D218.

Immediately after, take a right towards Saint Julian of Greenhouse and Saint Andeol Vals (D218).

Do not enter the village of Saint Julian of Greenhouse. Keep going straight towards St Andeol of Vals for about 4 kilometers.

Once you pass the last houses, you will be in the countryside. Look for the "B & B" sign on the right.

Drive for another 2 kilometers and you will find Mas e Bourlenc on the right. There is a parking lot down to the right.
