For history buffs, Montbrison is only 12km away and offers attractions such as the Fourme cheese-making process and various historical monuments. The village of Verrières is also within 5km. Directions

Address and access: Take the A72 towards Saint Etienne/Clermont, and exit at Montbrison. From Montbrison, follow the direction towards Saint Anthème and Ambert on the D496. Continue on the D496 and pass through the village of Windows. After that, make a right turn at Conols. Follow the road to the hamlet of Pine, where you will find the holiday cottage on the right side (look for the sign that says "Holiday Cottage in the Country").
