Our proximity to the Mercantour Park and the towns of Cannes and Menton allows for easy exploration of the surrounding natural beauty. Each room in our house features a private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, guests have access to a shared living room with a cozy fireplace, a HIFI system, a television, and a DVD player. Our terrace, equipped with a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, is perfect for relaxation and outdoor dining. Convenient parking is available on-site. The location is incredibly peaceful, providing absolute tranquility. Positioned between the sea and the mountains, it is only 20km away from Nice and in close proximity to Cannes and Monaco, as well as the National Park of Mercantour. The large terrace is equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the surroundings. Parking is available on site.Inside, you will find a stunning American kitchen that is fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. The living room features a TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a cozy wood stove. There is also a comfortable sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a spacious mezzanine with a double bed.

Contact us at Exit A8. At the second traffic light, turn left onto No. 55. Take the highway towards Tales/Sospel for about 9 kilometers. At the end of the highway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards The Escarene/Berre les Alpes. Follow Highway 2204 for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of Escarene until you reach "Loc Nice." Then, take a left onto "Col Nice" and continue on R&D Management 215. Drive for 3 kilometers towards Berre les Alpes until you reach "Path Meingarde." Take a right onto "Way of Meingarde" (a dead end), following the signs. Keep going until you reach the end of the road and turn left onto the first house on the right, which has a black wrought iron gate.
