Surrounded by renowned vineyards such as Vouvray and Montlouis, as well as some of the most prestigious chateaux including Chenonceau, Amboise, Blois, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Cheverny, and Chambord, this elegant manor is the perfect base for exploring the region.Nestled amidst a verdant landscape of lush greenery and tranquil water, the mansion offers two enchanting guest rooms and a charming cottage classified with 3 ears by Gites de France. Set within a shaded park enclosed by ancient walls, adorned with blooming terraces, and bordered by the towpath of the GR41 hiking trail, guests can also enjoy the nearby fishing area in the Cher River just 50 meters away. Furthermore, a heated pool provides additional opportunities for relaxation and leisurely strolls.

Description for Gite
The cottage, which is attached to the owner's house on the far right, is situated within a beautifully landscaped enclosed garden. The ground floor features a spacious living area, encompassing a lounge, dining room, and kitchen. Additionally, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (140) and an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a double bed (140), a third bedroom with two single beds (80) and a baby cot, as well as a second bathroom. Outside, there is a terrace and garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for your use.During your stay, you will have access to various amenities, such as a heated swimming pool, a park, a bike storage area, and a children's playground with table tennis, swings, and a trampoline. If you wish, we can provide you with complimentary bicycles upon request. One of the highlights of your stay can be a delightful bike ride along the Cher River to Chenonceau Castle, following the scenic towpath.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted in the cottage, and we regretfully cannot accommodate pets.
