LA POURCATIERO
Ravis de cette escapade dans ce minuscule village de 13 habitants à 50 km de Carcassonne. Elisabeth est une personne tellement charmante et interessante. Elle vous recevra avec des petits gestes qui font plaisir, un repas aux chandelles sur sa grande table d'hotes avec un divin menu du terroir et un petit déjeuner préparé avec soin. Les chambres sont tres jolies et décorées avec gout dans un environnement calme et propice à la joie de vivre. Merci infiniment Elisabeth

Quelle agréable surprise en arrivant dans ce charmant lieu qu'est la pourcatiero. Tout est beau , naturel , paisible. Elisabeth vous reçoit avec une gentillesse inoubliable tout en restant discrète. Un endroit magnifique!!!! sans parler de son cassoulet , de sa terrine , de ses confitures....tout est délicieux. Merci beaucoup.

La pourcatiero est un lieu paisible . L'accès est surprenant car nous sommes vraiment en pleine campagne . L'accueil est très chaleureux tout en étant discret . Les chambres sont magnifiques et confortablement meublés. Nous vous conseillons cet endroit si vous avez envie de calme et de nature . En plus , Elizabeth aime les histoires , elle vous racontera l'origine de la pourcatiero et vous conseillera sur toutes les activités à proximité .En plus , sur son site on nous parle de sa blanquette mais nous , nous vous parlerions encore de son cassoulet .Merci à Elizabeth pour sa générosité, tout est naturel , la personne , le lieu , les animaux......frantz et marie
