The villa features a shared pool measuring 4m x 10m, equipped with heated panels for sun-soaked relaxation. Surrounding the pool is a stunning 150 m² range, complete with sun umbrellas and comfortable cushions placed on marble stone balusters. Additionally, the cottage boasts its own independent private garden with an outdoor table and barbecue facilities.Situated in the tranquil residential area under the shade of pine and olive trees, this cottage is located in the hinterland north of Grasse Cannes, between the sea and the mountains. It is also conveniently close to Lake St Cassian (Var). The location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday, while enjoying the bright and sunny atmosphere. The cottage overlooks a private 300 m² garden which is completely independent and benefits from a southwest exposure.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, including golf, horse riding, beach outings, lake activities, hiking, exploring the charming Provencal villages, visiting the local casino, catching a movie, attending festivals, or even spending a day at Marineland.
The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, a 4-ring hob, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a coffee maker, a drying rack, a high chair, and a baby bath. Upon request, a table and chairs, a sofa bed, a television, and furniture for the garden can be provided. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers bunk beds and a cupboard. The bathroom includes a sink, a shower, a vanity, and a toilet. Private parking is available and a vehicle is required for transportation.
