Welcome to Le Mas des Arts in Peymeinade, located just 45 minutes from Nice airport. Situated 7 km from Grasse and 18 km from Cannes, our bed and breakfast offers comfortable rooms in a traditional Provençal mas. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Grasse hills and the charming Cabris farm. Our tranquil and natural setting provides ample parking on the property.Our location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Côte d'Azur-Alpes Maritimes region, with its picturesque hilltop villages and stunning coastal scenery. Take advantage of the nearby Lake St Cassien for fishing and pedal boating, visit Grasse for its famous perfume industry, indulge in shopping and the Cannes Film Festival, explore the art galleries of St Paul de Vence, or experience the marine life at Marineland in Antibes. Other attractions such as Tourrettes, Valbonne with its lovely market, Fayence, and Draguignan are also easily accessible.
After a day of adventures, return to our mas and enjoy a homemade breakfast served on the terrace, overlooking the breathtaking panoramic view.

Directions
To reach our house from Nice airport, it takes approximately 45 minutes. If you are coming from Grasse, which is about a 15-minute drive away, you should take the D2562 road towards Draguignan. Pass through the village of Peymeinade and continue for 1km. After you see the Fiat garage on your right, take a left turn onto Avenue de Peygros, following the signpost for "Le Mas des Arts." Continue driving for about 2km, and you will find our house at number 219 on your left.
If you are traveling from the Avignon-Nice motorway, take exit 39 towards Fayence. Follow the road along Lake St. Cassien in the direction of Grasse. Cross the Val du Tignet and Peymeinade, and after passing the sign, turn right onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for approximately 2km, and you will reach our house at number 219.
For those coming from the Napoleon Road (Sisteron, Castellane, St Vallier), after leaving St Vallier de Thiey, take a right turn onto D4 towards Cabris. Cross Cabris and continue following the signs towards Spéracédes-Peymeinade. When you reach the roundabout of the Valley of Tignet, turn left and after 200 meters, turn right onto Avenue de Peygros, just after the Peymeinade sign. Drive for 2km, and you will arrive at our house, number 219.
