I recommend a rejuvenation of the bird song in a B&B that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, similar to a "chalet," offering comfortable bedding, a marble shower, basin, and toilet. This independent space provides a panoramic view of 100% nature and hills.Welcome to Opio, where you can discover our beautiful region, which combines sun, sea, and mountains. This charming and peaceful Provencal village is located just 5 minutes from Valbonne, 10 minutes from Grasse, and 20 minutes from Cannes. Additionally, it is close to Club Med Opio and several golf courses, such as Opio/Valbonne, Mougins, and Mandelieu. There are also shops and restaurants available nearby.
The completely separate room from the main house features a comfortable double bed and bunk beds measuring 90 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious Italian marble shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Guests have access to amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and Wi-Fi connection. A cot is also available. Outside, guests can enjoy deck chairs, garden furniture, a trampoline for children, and a table tennis table. Depending on the season, guests may have access to the swimming pool. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels and final cleaning are included.
Your car will be safely parked under the carport on the fully fenced property.
Start your day on the right foot with a delicious and balanced breakfast, tailored to your preferences. You can enjoy it in your room, on the terrace, or in the living room. The breakfast will consist of fresh, homemade products, including cakes, slices of baguettes with butter and jam, as well as dairy and fresh juices.
The B&B is meticulously cleaned, ensuring that the linen is freshly washed and ironed. It is kept in impeccable condition.
As a skilled cook, I may be able to prepare full picnics and Provencal dishes upon request, depending on my availability. The menu will be complete, and I can serve your meal on the terrace or inside, depending on the weather and your preference.
