The flat, located on the ground floor of a newly renovated villa, is a self-contained unit suitable for up to four guests (with the option of a baby cot upon request). It features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The property offers parking facilities and boasts stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy access to the pool (subject to conditions) and can also request babysitting services if needed. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

Our friendly staff speaks English, German, French, and Polish, ensuring excellent communication during your stay. The flat is available for rent on a weekly basis, with rates as follows: 600 Euros per week in July and August, 500 Euros per week in June and September, and 450 Euros per week during other months. A deposit of 300 Euros is required.

Conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Nice airport, our self-contained ground floor flat offers a newly renovated space that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests (with a baby cot available upon request). The flat features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room, ensuring all your needs are met during your stay. We provide bed linen and towels for your convenience.

Our location is ideal, with the town center, train station, and bus terminal all within a pleasant 15-minute walk. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf facility just 1 km away, while the beautiful beaches of the French Riviera are a short 15 km drive. Prepare to be captivated by the stunning panoramic views that surround our property.

Parking is available for your convenience, and there is a pool on-site that guests can enjoy, subject to certain conditions. If you require babysitting services, please let us know in advance. Please note that we have a strict no pets and no smoking policy.
