A CHARMING PROVENCAL HOUSE
Nestled in its own valley with stunning views of the vineyards, this charming house was built in 1850 and is situated approximately 500 meters from the picturesque village of Cotignac (83570).

Relax in the lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the shade or bask in the sun. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious covered terrace, perfect for alfresco dining.

The house is spread across three floors:

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. The laundry room features a washing machine. The kitchen opens up to the dining area.

The living room, adjacent to the dining area, is furnished with two very comfortable sofas.

There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and two with twin beds (mosquito nets are available). Additionally, there is one bathroom, one shower room, and one separate toilet.

Bed linens and towels are provided. Cleaning at the end of the stay is available for an additional fee of 60 €. A deposit of 1/3 of the rental price is required, with the balance due one month before arrival.

Rental prices range from 750 to 1300€ per week, depending on the season.

If you are coming from Aix-en-Provence, take the A8 motorway and exit at Brignoles. Then, follow the signs for Le Val, Montfort, and Cotignac.

If you are coming from Nice, take the A8 motorway and exit at Le Luc. Then, follow the signs for Le Thoronet, Carces, and Cotignac.

The nearest train station is Aix-en-Provence TGV, which is about a 50-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can also take a train to Draguignan - les Arcs.
