This 90m² house is fully air-conditioned and features 3 bedrooms, all newly furnished, in a peaceful and quiet location. The Bédinière is a charming half-timbered house, classified as 3 ears, and is a true representation of the beautiful Sologne region. Situated just 5km from Chambord Park, it is also conveniently located near other famous Loire castles such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard. For those who enjoy cycling, there are plenty of biking routes available, including the popular Castles Cycling Tours and La Loire by bike. The cottage is also close to Center Park and the natural beauty of BEAUVAL.Baignade Zoo Mont-près-Chambord.

Located on a plot of land 700m from a typical Solognot town, the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (possibly 8) with its 3 spacious and independent bedrooms. Weekend stays are also possible for 250.

On the ground floor, you will find a dining room with a farmhouse table and a cozy lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a flat screen TV, characteristic Sologne beams, and an oak staircase. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and various small appliances. The bathroom features 2 natural stone sinks and a large shower. There is also a separate toilet and a bedroom with beams, a double bed (160), and a closet.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160), a wardrobe, and a TV. Another bedroom offers 2 beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180) if desired, along with a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a natural stone basin and a toilet.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage, and a welcome box with regional products is offered to guests. Bed sheets are provided free of charge, and towels can be provided at an additional cost of 5 per person per stay. Cleaning services are available upon request for a fee of 50.

Outside, there is a spacious area with a large table, chairs, and armchairs under the shade of trees, perfect for enjoying meals and drinks in a peaceful setting.
