Just a few steps away from iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles, our cozy attic room awaits you.With its independent access, this romantic room is more than 20 sqm in size and features a comfortable double bed. The terra cotta floor adds a touch of warmth and character to the space. Additionally, you'll have the luxury of your own private bathroom, complete with a bathtub and a separate shower. The toilet is also separate and exclusively for your use.

Our B&B is situated in the 15th arrondissement, which is the largest and most populous among the 20 districts of Paris. It is located in the neighborhood of Rue du Commerce, one of the city's busiest shopping streets. Our B&B is conveniently positioned between the Eiffel Tower and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, both of which are within walking distance.
From your room, you can easily reach the main landmarks of Paris in under 30 minutes. The famous Champs-Elysées, the Grands Magasins at Boulevard Haussmann, and Montmartre can be reached by taking bus 80 or using metro line 12 from Vaugirard station.
To explore Saint Germain des Près, the Quartier Latin, and Le Marais, you can take bus 70 or use metro line 10 from Emile Zola station.
If you wish to visit the Louvre, the Grands Boulevards, or the Canal Saint Martin, bus 39 is available.
For attractions like the Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Madeleine, Opéra, and Bastille, you can easily access them by taking metro line 8 from Commerce station.
