Welcome to our charming house, perfect for groups of up to 9 people. With three spacious stories, each approximately 40m2, and a delightful roof terrace on the top floor, this house is sure to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. On the ground floor, you'll find a separate studio and a lovely back yard with a southern exposure.

The main house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, offers two floors with a separate entrance, a loggia, and a roof terrace. The first floor, spanning approximately 40m2, features three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms boasts a double bed and double doors that open onto a loggia/balcony at the front of the house. Another bedroom contains two single beds, while a smaller bedroom offers a single bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a washing machine on this floor.

On the top floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with an open kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. The high, open-beamed ceiling adds to the charm of this area. Double doors at the back of the living room open onto a French balcony, while sliding doors in the kitchen lead to a roof terrace with a built-in barbecue. From this terrace, you can admire the beautiful Mediterranean Sea peeking through the trees in the nearby park.

The guest apartment, located on the ground floor, has its own separate entrance and a back yard with a southern exposure. It comfortably accommodates 2-4 people, offering a spacious studio with a bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The separate kitchen and dining room have a door that opens to the garden on the south, where you can enjoy delightful meals under the bougainvillea.

Conveniently, the beach is only 250 meters away from the front door, making it easily accessible for all guests.
