Conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the A6 motorway exit, it offers easy access to the surrounding areas.Upon entering the cottage through a private entrance, you will discover four inviting bedrooms, a spacious dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for creating memorable family meals. The room distribution is as follows:
- Régnié (family room): Ideal for accommodating 2 adults and 4 older children.
- Cote de Brouilly (ground floor): Designed for the comfort of 3 or 4 people, including those with reduced mobility.
- Beaujolais and Brouilly: Suitable for 2 guests, featuring either a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath.
- Saint Amour: A cozy room for 2 people, complete with a shower designed for individuals with reduced mobility.
