Experience the charm and comfort of a beautifully renovated old wine estate during your vacation in Burgundy. Our independent stone house, located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, offers excellent conditions for your stay, whether it's a short getaway or a longer holiday.
Inside, you will find a cozy living room equipped with modern amenities such as WiFi, television, CD player, and DVD player, as well as a selection of books and games for your entertainment. The dining room features a convenient kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge with a freezer. The accommodation also includes a toilet and shower. On the upper floor, you will discover a spacious and comfortable bedroom with an old-fashioned washbasin, a double bed, and a single bed. We provide all the necessary bed sheets and towels, as well as baby equipment if needed. Heating is included in the rental.
Outside, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on the terrace with a garden table and chairs, or relax in the inner courtyard and garden deck chairs. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a barbecue is available, and there is also a garage for your convenience.
We gladly welcome small dogs, which must be kept on a leash in the yard and garden.
The tranquility and ideal location of our property make it the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of Burgundy. Whether you're interested in hiking, cycling, mountain biking, playing table tennis, or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone. Our rates for weekly rentals are 310€ and 340€ during school holidays. Alternatively, you can book the cottage for 52€ per night for two people or 62€ per night for three people. Please note that during the average minimum season, we require a minimum stay of two nights, while in the high season, a minimum stay of four nights is required.
Come and enjoy an authentic holiday on the outskirts of the Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise, near the Morvan.

Experience the charm of Burgundy by staying in our beautifully decorated duplex apartment, located in a restored guest house in Couches. Situated in the picturesque vineyards of Couchois, our self-contained house offers a comfortable and spacious bedroom for 2 or 3 guests. The bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a wash basin, toilet, and shower. Additionally, the apartment includes a cozy living room with a kitchenette and a secure closed garage for your convenience.

During your stay, you can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area, such as relaxation, cycling, mountain biking, and table tennis. In Couches, there are opportunities for shooting, tennis, and exploring the cellars, castle, and medieval village.

You have the option to book the cottage without breakfast at a rate of €52 per night for 2 persons and €62 per night for 3 people. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required during mid-season, and a minimum stay of 4 nights is required during high season. Après un accueil sympathique et discret, nous nous sommes installés dans cette charmante maison agréablement décorée, entourée de fleurs. une adresse idéale pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité dans une ambiance campagnarde tout près de sites touristiques incontournables.

Directions

Head towards Lyon on highway A6. Take the Beaune Hospices exit at sortie 24.1 "Beaune Chagny" and follow the N 74 towards Chagny. Instead of entering Chagny, continue on the D 974 towards Le Creusot until you reach Saint Léger sur Dheune. Once there, turn right and take the D 978 towards Couches. Before reaching the castle, at the big wine-press, turn left and follow the C10 towards Origny for approximately 1.5 km until you see a big yellow house on your left. Turn left and you will easily spot our property on your right.
