Description for B&B:

Located just 6 km from the gates of Agen, on the outskirts of the charming village of St-Cirq Colayrac, sits a beautifully restored character house. Nestled within a sprawling 13,000m² open park, this home has been meticulously renovated and lovingly decorated by its owners, Marie and Marc Anthoine.

Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed for an overnight stay or an extended visit. The house offers four spacious bedrooms spread over two levels, including two family rooms and two suites complete with private bathrooms and toilets.

For your convenience, there is a delightful common room where breakfast is served by a crackling fire during the winter months. Additionally, a communal kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and hotplates is available for guests to use. This space is designed to foster relaxation and conviviality, with internet access, a computer, and printer at your disposal (WiFi is also available in the rooms). Books and games are provided for your entertainment.

During the summer, take advantage of the lush garden adorned with hammocks and various relaxation areas. Enjoy the terrace and a refreshing dip in the shared 10mx4m pool, which has a depth of 1.40m and is equipped with an alarm for safety.

If you're a cycling enthusiast, Marc-Antoine will gladly offer advice on scenic routes and cycling paths in the area. Whether you prefer leisurely walks along the nearby canal or invigorating hikes, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the picturesque surroundings.

Directions

After passing the sign for "Colayrac st Cirq," which is barricaded, continue towards Bordeaux until you reach the end of the village. At this point, you will see a house on your right, located 100m from the entrance. Take the hairpin turn and you will find the entrance just before the radio station "Espoir FM." Look for a sign that says "Gîte de France" hanging in front of the house.
