Welcome to Gîtes des Camparros, where we offer two charming one-bedroom gites in a "guest room" format. Nestled in the picturesque countryside, our gites are conveniently located near the A66 tollbooth and the Moulin de Nailloux. Approved by the prefecture with a 3-star rating, our furnished tourist accommodations are sure to provide a comfortable stay.Our property boasts a spacious 300m2 garden, complete with a vegetable patch, orchard, and even a chicken coop. Just 5km away, you'll find a stunning swimming lake with a water sports center offering pedal boats, paddle boats, canoes, as well as exciting slides and inflatable games.
The Gite des Tournesols and Gite du Moulin are two separate, self-contained apartments designed for 2 to 4 people. Located on the upper floor (accessed via stairs), both gites are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.
Each gite features a main room, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with a sofa bed (BZ 140x200), a color television, and a DVD player. The 12m2 bedroom offers two beds (90x200) that can be combined into a larger bed (180x200). The bathroom is complete with a shower, vanity unit, WC, washing machine, and a heated towel rail.
When you choose our "guest room" formula, we provide sheets and towels, make the beds upon your arrival, and offer end-of-stay cleaning. Additionally, your first breakfast is on us!
Stay connected with our WIFI internet access available in all accommodations. We are also happy to provide bed and baby equipment upon request, completely free of charge.
We are open all year round, with a minimum stay of 2 nights (5 nights during school holidays).
Our rates for a 2-night stay are as follows:
- Gîte du Moulin for 1-2 people: 150 euros
- Gîte des Tournesols for 1-2 people: 160 euros
For each additional night at the Moulin, there is an additional charge of +45 euros, and for the Sunflowers gite, it is +50 euros (you can calculate the exact cost based on your desired duration of stay).
Here are some example rates for a 7-night stay:
- Gîte du Moulin for 1-2 people: 375 euros
- Gîte des Tournesols for 1-2 people: 410 euros
For the 3rd and 4th person (maximum of 4 people per gite), the additional charges are as follows:
- Children aged 2 to 12: +3 euros per night
- Adults and children aged 13 and above: +5 euros per night
Please note that there is a tourist tax of 0.88 euros per night per adult.
We welcome pets upon request (subject to owner's agreement) for an additional charge of +5 euros per night. Additionally, we offer electric vehicle recharge facilities upon request (subject to owner's agreement) for an additional charge of +5 euros per night.
