The Gite is a charming accommodation that offers a spacious and comfortable lounge with original stone flooring, a cozy woodburner, and a TV/DVD for your entertainment. The separate kitchen/diner is equipped with a table for 4 people and features a cooker, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, and toaster. You will find all the necessary cooking equipment, including utensils, plates, cups, and glassware.

A set of stairs leads from the kitchen/diner to the upper level, where you will find the sleeping quarters and bathroom facilities. The very large double bedroom showcases original stone walls and exposed beams, providing a unique and rustic atmosphere. This room offers plenty of space to accommodate an additional bed or cot without compromising comfort.

The bright and airy shower room boasts a stone wall and exposed beams, and includes a spacious shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and wc.

For your convenience, a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is provided. Upon arrival, the owners offer a welcome basket, and depending on the season, you can enjoy fresh garden fruit and vegetables.

Outside, there is a sunny patio area with a table and chairs, overlooking the beautifully maintained garden of the owners. This is an ideal spot to relax and unwind, or enjoy a refreshing aperitif before dinner. Sunloungers and a barbecue are also available for your use. Please note that this property is non-smoking.

Directions

To reach the house, you can either start from Gueret or La Chatre and head towards the D940. Once you reach Le Poteau, follow the signs for Genouillac Gare on the D15. After driving for about 1km, make a left turn towards Les Mousseaux. The house will be located on the left side at the end of the village.
