Description for B&B:

Discover a serene retreat where you can truly unwind. Our vision was to transform this late 18th-century tower house into a haven with five bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom, all styled in a "country chic" and relaxing manner. We prioritized preserving the building's original materials to maintain its authentic charm. The ground floor now serves as a cozy living room, showcasing the beautiful chestnut framework through open spaces and thoughtful lighting.

Each room offers a unique ambiance with stunning views of the surrounding nature, inviting you to pause and reflect. The communal areas are designed to be warm and inviting, perfect for cooking, dining, or unwinding by the wood stove. Whether you're lounging on a sofa, gazing out at the sea or mountains, or gathering at the communal table for games, these spaces offer both convivial and intimate moments.

Our project, "The Scontra," is a genuine invitation to joy.

OUR INSPIRATION
With 24 years of experience organizing the Moita Cello Meetings, we are proud residents of the charming village of Moita. Our eco-accommodation, an "Albergo Diffuso," aims to connect guests with locals and celebrate Corsican culture in all its forms.

Our approach aligns with two key objectives: fostering a collective effort among local service providers (including pork processors, beekeepers, a goat farmer, market gardeners, a mountain guide, a sculptor, and more) around ecotourism values, and supporting a sustainable development initiative where tourism plays a central role in generating new resources.

OFFER AND MARKETING STRATEGY
We aim to provide a unique, attractive, and comfortable experience while preserving the cultural, rural, and historical heritage and highlighting the unique features of "Pieve di a Serra" through responsible and sustainable tourism.

The accommodation includes:
- A main house, A SCONTRA, featuring a 45 m2 master suite, two bedrooms with a fireplace, toilet, and bathroom, and four independent bedrooms with ensuite facilities.
- A 50 m2 meeting space in the main house for breakfasts, two weekly meals, and gatherings.
- Five rooms within local homes (currently listed).

During the high season, rentals are available weekly, while a minimum stay of three days is required in the low season.

For pricing and availability, please contact us.

Our "Discovery of Corsican Gastronomy" meal package offers two meals per week, highlighting local producers and culinary expertise, for 50 per meal per person (all-inclusive).

ACCOMMODATION FOR VARIOUS NEEDS
- Hiking tourists interested in agrotourism and regional products
- Thematic workshops on market gardening, local cuisine, or pottery
- Artists seeking residency opportunities
- Families in search of tranquility
- Groups participating in nature activities such as fishing and hunting

Our reception and rooms emphasize the authenticity and charm of this location, ensuring a high level of comfort for all guests.
