Description:

Description for B&B:

The ground-floor living room greets you with its French oak and poplar ceiling. Bathed in natural light thanks to a yellow ocher-tinted lime coating, this south-facing space is both bright and inviting. A small, well-equipped kitchen seamlessly extends from the living area.

Upon entering, you'll notice the staircase and entire floor are adorned with a hand-painted frieze of autumn-colored leaves, enhancing the old-fashioned patina in light red tones.

Upstairs, the bedroom windows offer picturesque views: to the south, the garden; to the north, a small pond, an orchard, and surrounding woods. The bedroom features a luxurious 180 cm bed, which can be split into two 90 cm beds upon request, as well as an additional 2 x 90 cm bed. The room spans 21 m², plus an extra 5 m² of clearance with a cupboard, and a 4 m² shower room with a WC.

You'll love the soft-hued whitewashed walls, the serene atmosphere, the comfort, the well-equipped kitchen, the high-quality bedding, and the garden view of the Monts du Forez. Expect tranquility and relaxation!

From June to September, enjoy the large saltwater swimming pool, measuring 16m by 5m. It features an access ramp with a guardrail and a shallow area 60 cm deep, perfect for children.

We welcome guests from early April to mid-November (including school holidays) and offer seasonal pricing as follows:

- Low and mid-season: €448
- June, September, and All Saints’ Day: €532
- July-August: €640
- Weekends: €350 (outside school holidays only)

Optional cleaning and sheet rental services are available. Baby equipment is provided free of charge but must be reserved in advance.

Directions

Here's a rewritten version of the travel directions:

Take the A72 motorway and exit at Feurs. Turn left onto the D1089 towards Boën. After crossing over the motorway, make a left turn towards Poncins. Continue on this road until you reach the village of Poncins. Drive through the village and turn right after the Town Hall, heading towards Montverdun.

From there, drive for 3.5 km. You'll pass the "Les Perrichons" pass, a farm on the right, and then an area of undergrowth. The house will appear just as you exit the undergrowth, on the right-hand side. You will only see the house at the last moment. The car park is marked with a “Clévacances” sign on the gate pillar.
